Present continuous tense exercise (beginner level)

The present continuous tense forms are made by putting be before the –ing form of the verb.

The verb be has three forms in the present tense – is, am and are.

Use is with singular nouns and pronouns.

Use am with the first person singular pronoun I.

Use are with plural nouns and the pronouns you, we and they.
