Conjunctions exercise

Conjunctions are words used to join two clauses. Combine the following sentences using a conjunction

1. He is not intelligent. He is not brave.

2. You work hard. You cannot pass the examination.

3. He is busy. He has no time to talk to anybody.

4. He works very hard. He cannot make both ends meet.

5. He tells lies. He misbehaves with everybody.

6. Walk slowly. You may fall.

7. You must leave this place at once. You will have to face the consequences.

8. He was not allowed to take the test. He was late.

9. He has already proved his mettle. Nobody can doubt his eligibility for the post.

10. I cannot help you. You have never stood by me.
