First speaker: Where are you from?

Second speaker: I’m from Kerala.

First speaker: I see. So how long have you been living in Mumbai?

Second speaker: Well, I’ve been living here for ten years. I came here to work.

First speaker: Are you happy with your job?

Second speaker: Of course. I work for a multinational company and earn a handsome salary.

First speaker: That’s great. You’re a lucky guy.

Conversation 2

First speaker: What do you do?

Second speaker: I’m working.

First speaker: Which company do you work for?

Second speaker: I work for a multinational shipping company.

First speaker: How long have you had that job?

Second speaker: I’ve worked with them for six years.

First speaker: Do you like your job?

Second speaker: Of course, I do.

First speaker: What’s the best thing about your job?

Second speaker: My job gives me an opportunity to travel all over the world. I’m also well-paid.

First speaker: What is the worst thing about your job?

Second speaker: We’ve got tough targets to meet. Sometimes they stress me out. But I guess that’s normal. Well-paying jobs have always been demanding. So I’m not exactly complaining.
