Do or does exercise

In the simple present tense questions and negatives are made with do and does. Do is used with plural nouns and pronouns. Does is used with singular subjects. Note that after do and does, we use the infinitive without to.

Read the following statements and form questions.

Examples are given below.

  • She has a doll. (Statement)
  • Does she have a doll? (Question) (NOT Does she has a doll?) (NOT Has she a doll?)
