Types of Sentences

There are mainly four types of sentences in English.

  • Declarative sentence
  • Imperative sentence
  • Exclamatory sentence
  • Interrogative sentence

Identify the type of sentence.

2. Why are you crying?

3. Stop at the second left turn.

6. What a great idea it is!
