I’m terrible at sports

Storyline: Two friends are talking about their favourite sports events.

Sam: Do you like cricket?

Harry: Yeah. I don’t miss even a single cricket match on TV.

Sam: Looks like you’re crazy about the game. I’m more into soccer.

Harry: Well, actually I like all sorts of ball games, not just cricket.

Sam: Great. By the way, do you play any sports?

Harry: No, I don’t. I’m terrible at sports. I’m simply hopeless at any kind of ball games. But I like watching them.

I buy my stuff online

Storyline: Peter and Jack are discussing their shopping habits.

Peter: Do you like shopping?

Jack: Yeah. I like to shop for things like clothes and gadgets. But these days I buy most stuff online.

Peter: But online shopping isn’t very fun, is it?

Jack: No, it isn’t. But it saves you a lot of time, and you can do it from the comforts of your time.

Peter: That’s right. But even today, I’d rather walk into a brick and mortar store than log into a shopping site.

Jack: I do it too, but only occasionally.

I would rather read a book

Storyline: Two friends talk about their favourite films and actors.

John: Do you like watching TV?

James: I don’t watch TV that much, really. I would rather pick up a book. I do watch films every now and then.

John: What kind of films do like to watch?

James: I like romantic comedies. I also like action films.

John: Oh. Who’s your favourite actor?

James: I have no favourites. I like all of them. I watch films only if I find their plots exciting.

John: That’s interesting.
